Q. How Do I Receive Attention With Billing Questions?
A. We encourage you to speak to the salon manager at one of the Tan-N-Go locations about any billing inquiries you may have. We are dedicated to satisfying your needs and concerns immediately.

Q. How Do I Make Billing Changes?
A. To change payment method to your automatic withdrawal, you must submit your new account information by the 10th of the month.

Q. What Day Will My Account Be Billed?
A. The draw date is the 15th of each month. If the 15th of the month falls on the weekend or on a holiday, then the draw date will be the following business day. In some cases it may take 2-3 business days to appear on your account.

Cancellation

Q. How Do I Cancel My Account?
A. Visit one of Tan-N-Go's salons to fill out the cancellation form. Your cancellation form must be filled out before the 10th of the month that you would like canceled. You will be given a copy to remind you of your last draw date and expiration date for your tanning plan.

Q. My Account Has Been Billed In Error, Who Should I Contact?
A. On rare occasion this may occur to a very small amount of customers. We apologize and are happy to reconcile any errors on our behalf. You may contact the salon manager at one of Tan-N-Go's locations to report this error.

Stay-N-Save

The Stay N Save program is an alternative to canceling your monthly EFT plan. This will put your plan on a freeze status for as long as you like, up to 12 months. You may put your membership on the Stay N Save program anytime after 90 days from purchasing your membership. We will bill your EFT account a low monthly rate of $5 plus tax for each month on Stay N Save.

Benefits include: lock in your monthly rate, no start up fee when reactivated, keep your earned rewards, earn an in-store credit for each month on Stay N Save program. Proper Stay N Save paperwork must be submitted by the 10th of the month in order to take affect on the 15th.

If you decide to tan while on the Stay N Save program, you may reactivate your plan at anytime or purchase Stay N Save sessions.

Q. How Do I Stay-N-Save My Account?
A. Visit one of Tan-N-Go's salons to fill out the stay-n-save form. Your stay-n-save form must be filled out before the 10th of the month that you would like on the stay-n-save program. You will be given a copy to remind you of your stay-n-save dates.

Q. Can I Tan When My Account Is On Stay-N-Save?
A. If you decide to tan while on Stay N Save Program you may reactivate your plan at anytime or purchase Stay N Save sessions.

Q. What Are Your Hours?
A. Tan-N-Go is open Monday through Thursday 8 – 10, Friday and Saturday 8 – 8, and Sunday 1 – 6. See you soon.

Q. Can I Tan At Any Location?
A. Absolutely. We encourage you to tan at any of our salons. We want it to be convenient for you.

Q. I Have A Comment Or Complaint, Who Should I Tell?
A. Each location has a salon manager whom you may speak to by calling the salon. You may also email any comments or complaints you may have via our online form. We encourage you to share with us your Tan-N-Go experience.

Q. Can I Share A Package?
A. Tan-N-Go encourages everyone to have his or her own tanning package. We do not allow tanners to share a package in order protect your tan time. This way there is no confusion on who should or shouldn't tan under you package. It's your package, and you should be the only one able to use it.

Q. How Do I Get A Refund?
A. Tan-N-Go has a no refund policy on products and services. Tan-N-Go cannot resale used tanning products or swimwear after taken from Tan-N-Go premises. You may try on swimwear at the salon to make sure it is the right fit. If you have any further questions, please refer the salon manager. TNG Trends items will be exchanged or refunded in the original form of payment for unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise with tags attached, or for defective merchandise, within 7 days of purchase.

Mystic Tan Facts

Q. Are there ways to enhance the Mystic Tan results?
A.To achieve the perfect sunless tan you should always follow two simple steps: Exfoliate and Hydrate. Follow these two steps the day of or the night before you tan:

Before Visiting the Tanning Salon

Step 1.
Exfoliate your skin in bath or shower by massaging an exfoliant gel onto the skin with a washcloth or sponge. Concentrate on rough areas such as elbows, knees and ankles, then rinse clean. This removal of dead skin cells will give you a fresh, even surface to tan, which will increase the life and evenness of your Mystic Tan.

Step 2.
Always hydrate your skin after exfoliation by using a moisturizing lotion. If desired, lotion can be applied again on the day of your tan. Applying lotion in between your Mystic Tan sessions will increase the life and luster of your tan. Avoid using lotion directly after your Mystic Tan session.

Tanning Facts

Q. Is Tanning Safe?
A. Tanning is your skin’s natural ability to prevent sunburn. Indoor tanning is a controlled environment to obtain a cosmetic tan; exposure is regulated by individual skin type to minimize the possibility of overexposure. An indoor tan, in moderation, with controlled exposure, and responsibility is the best way to minimize the risk of overexposure.


Q. How Do I Get Rid Of White Spots?
A. If you begin seeing white spots primarily on the shoulder blades, back of calves, or on the tailbone, you may be experiencing pressure points. To even out your tan in these areas simply reposition while tanning, flip over, tan in the stand up bed, or use the high-pressure bed. It’s possible you may be seeing spots on your shoulders, chest, upper back, or arms. This is tinea versicolor. You may treat your skin with Selsun Blue to get rid of the spots.


Q. Is There A Minimum Age For Tanning?
A. A tanner who is between 14 and 18 years old will be required to have a parent or legal guardian consent to tan. The signature must be obtained in the salon before tanning. If the tanner is under the age of 14, the parent or legal guardian is required to remain in the salon, not in the actual tanning room, during the full session.


Q. Do I Have To Wear Protective Eye-wear While Tanning?
A. No doubt about it. It is important to protect your eyes while tanning. Repeated UV exposure to your eyes can cause cataracts and even blindness later on in life. Using a towel, your hand, or simply closing your eyelids does not provide adequate protection. Our salon provides all our tanners with FDA approved eye-wear to properly protect your beautiful eyes.


Q. Will Medications Affect My Tanning Ability?
A. Some medications can be photosensitive. If you are taking a photosensitive medication, you should lay off tanning until discontinuing use of medications. Tanning while using photosensitive medications can cause irritation and overexposure.


Q. Is Tanning Going To Give Me Wrinkles?
A. Moderation is key when tanning. Overexposure or sunburn is damage to your skin and may cause premature aging. To avoid premature aging and any other unwanted skin damage, it is recommended to use one of our skin care products to help protect your skin while tanning. It is also important to tan according to your skin type and tanning history. Let us help you avoid overexposure, and establish a great tan.


Q. How Long Will It Take To Get A Tan?
A. There are several factors to establishing a base tan. To establish a base tan more quickly without overexposing, consult with one of our associates, use one of our tanning lotions, tan in the right equipment, and we can help you achieve results in only 2 – 3 visits.


Q. How Often Can I Tan?
A. You may tan once per day if desired. It takes up to 24 hours to see maximum results from a tanning session; therefore, it is important to give your skin time to reveal results. It is important to tan consistently when building your base tan.


Q. Is The High Pressure ‘Bronzing’ Bed Better For My Skin?
A. The high-pressure bed only emits the UVA "tanning" ray and filters out 99% of the UVB "burning" ray. This makes the tanner less likely to be overexposed. It is important to avoid overexposure while tanning, making the high-pressure bed the obvious "Smart" way to tan.


Q. Which Bed Should I Tan In?
A. All of Tan-N-Go’s equipment will help you establish a great tan. Keep in mind to always tan a (smart) amount of time, according to your skin type. We encourage you to switch up tanning in the different beds to get the best results and keep you from reaching a plateau. You may even maintain your tan with only a few sessions each month using one of our upgrade beds.

Damaged Items
All items are inspected prior to shipping and are shipped insured. Tan-N-Go, Inc. is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. Shipping Methods
Tan-N-Go, Inc. is located in Memphis, TN. All orders will originate from that location. We offer local delivery. Shipping rates depend on destination and shipping method. We will notify by via email the final cost including shipping.
All orders are processed individually in our corporate office to ensure that they arrive as quickly as possible. All items are properly and carefully packed and sealed to minimize damage.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST (M-F) will ship within 72 Hours.
  • Standard shipping method is through the United State Postal Service. Standard shipping rates for local delivery will apply.
  • Orders lost or delayed due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer. Orders that are damaged in shipment will be handled under the Damaged Items policy listed above.
  • Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email with your ship date.
